We found this beautiful plot of land, flanked by a natural stream, in Sotogrande. Our objective was to create a pioneering natural project, from the inside out, from wellbeing to sustainability. We were after a plot of land where we could integrate urban development and building into the natural environment. And we really lucked out with this quiet address nestled in nature's bounty - that of the Sierra de las Nieves National Park and Cala Golf. The challenge was to afford breathtaking views of the fabulous surroundings and to give each villa a unique character by overcoming strict grids and making these 'terraced' villas incredibly comfortable and accessible. The result is 50 villas that seamlessly blend into the natural surroundings.

Set amid forest, in a privileged address, this beautiful land with views of the Mediterranean Sea is surrounded by protected natural areas and sits just minutes from the beach and the Alcocebre marina. The challenge was to develop a gated community on a very steep terrain, where all the plots would enjoy sea views. The result is 19 estates affording spectacular panoramic sea views.
