Advisory service

The WELL Building Standard is a certificate that measures and monitors the specifications that built spaces must meet in order to have a positive impact on their occupants’ health and wellness. It comes into play in concepts such as air, water, nourishment, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound, materials, mind and community.

Passivhaus Standard
Advisory service

ONYS offers specialised advisory services for certifying projects under the Passivhaus standard. We give support to design teams in making calculations and in preparing documents to achieve the certification. We perform an analysis of the bioclimatic design and the use of materials, an energy simulation using the PHPP tool, the thermal envelope, we calculate thermal loads and we analyse active installations and optimise thermal bridges.

Implementation of the Passivhaus standard leads to energy savings of up to 80%, resulting from the use of solar power, the specific materials, their insulation, air tightness and the building process. Better air quality is also achieved thanks to the ventilation process and an extremely effective soundproofing.

It is a building method resulting in better quality and extremely high energy efficiency.
