‘El Cañaveral’ is one of the largest real estate developments in Spain, comprising 5,388,384 sqm of land of which 2,182,000 sqm are buildable, and will monopolise the natural growth of the southeast of the capital in the years to come. It is currently the largest pool of land in Madrid.
It has good transport links, is located between the M-45 and the R-3, and, following its consolidation, will be equipped with all the necessary services.
