The building dates back to 1920 and its façade is listed and protected by the Artistic, Historic and Natural Heritage of Madrid. It was renovated in 1982 and housed the first Antiques Exhibition and Sale Centre in Madrid, following the success of similar experiences in major European capitals and in New York.
